1. Operator identification

Forma is the application name. The legal entity or individual operating it, address, country, contact email, tax number and registry information where applicable must be supplied before public launch. No independent legal entity or registered trademark is claimed.

2. Service

Reference design and estimating for windows and doors. The interface supports Spanish, English and Portuguese, with dimensions in mm, cm or inches. Regional pages do not imply an office, tax presence, technical certification or establishment in those regions.

3. Contact and administration

The operator must provide channels for support, complaints, privacy requests, payment questions and security incidents. The app does not automatically email quotes or provide a connected support form. Access is determined by the chosen hosting configuration.

4. Accessibility and documents

The editor includes numeric alternatives to dragging, keyboard controls and touch targets. No accessibility certification is claimed. A formal assessment and reporting channel are required before claiming conformance. Read the terms, privacy policy and storage policy together with the actual service configuration.
